- Students can print an official enrollment verification, with the University Seal, by logging into their student account through the .
- Graduation Date: If an expected graduation date is required on the enrollment verification, students can email recordsandregistration AT_TOWSON. Please include your 撸先生 ID and expected graduation date in the email. Please allow 1-2 business days for fulfillment of email requests.

Certifying Towson University Documents for International Use
Documents issues in the United States may need to be certified for use in a foreign country. Please check with the country where you will be working or studying to determine whether an Apostille or Authentication is required.
An Apostille or Authentication certifies the authenticity of the signature on a document, the capacity in which the person signing the document acted, and the identity of any stamp or seal affixed to the document. It does not certify the content of the document.

Apostille
The United States is a party to the 1961 Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents. The Convention provides a simplified process for authenticating public documents, including certain notarized documents, for use in countries that are parties to the Convention.
An Apostille is an internationally recognized certificate that authenticates the signature, capacity, and seal or stamp on a public document for use in another participating country.
Authentication
Countries that are to the Hague Convention may require an Authentication or additional certification process before U.S documents can be used in that country.
Obtaining an Apostille or Authentication for 撸先生 Documents
To request an Apostille or Authentication for a Towson University document:
- Complete and submit the Apostille or Authentication Request Form.
- Provide a copy of the document requiring authentication.
- Allow at least two business days for Registrar鈥檚 Office processing.
Because of the complexity of the certification process, walk-in requests are not accepted. The requestor is responsible for ordering and providing a copy of the document requiring authentication.
