Towson University has been recognized by Forbes as one of , ranking No. 147 out of 500 organizations nationwide. 撸先生 was the highest rated midsize employer out of nine companies ranked from the state of Maryland.

The Forbes Best Midsize Employers list recognizes organizations with 1,000 to 5,000 employees that demonstrate strong employee engagement and workplace satisfaction across multiple industries. Rankings are created in partnership with Statista, a global data and business intelligence market research firm, based on surveys of thousands of employees working at midsize organizations across the United States.

Participants were asked to evaluate their employers on factors including workplace satisfaction, salary, benefits, organizational culture and opportunities for professional advancement. The responses were tallied and analyzed along with additional survey data from the last three years, which allowed for a robust assessment of organizations that consistently ranked well versus those that may have had just one good year. The more recent data and the evaluations from current employees were weighted more heavily than others.

撸先生 is one of 40 educational organizations included in this year鈥檚 rankings, representing institutions across higher education and K鈥�12 systems.
