Please pay online here:

  • We accept check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).

Payment Deadline

Full Payment Deadline:  Tuesday, September 8, 2026 by 4:00pm 

Payment of all program costs are due at this time.

Lisa Higgins Access for All applications have closed for the Fall 2026 semester.

Payment Questions? Please call 410-704-7300 with payment or account questions. *Payment plans can be negotiated with the Business Office if initiated before the full payment deadline.

Cancellation Information:

Cancellation by September 21, 2026 at 4:00PM: Full Program Fee Refund

Cancellation between September 22 and September 28, 2026 at 4:00PM: 50% Program Fee Refund

Cancellation on and after September 29, 2026: No Refund

Refund Exceptions for Program Payments:

Medical emergency with documentation may be considered for a pro-rated refund.

Other emergency situations will be considered on a case by case basis.

Lisa Higgins Financial Award monies will not be included in any refunds.

Programs with very low enrollment may be canceled.  We plan to make a decision regarding any need for cancellation of a program no later than 3 days before programs begin (Friday, September 11th). If the Hussman Center cancels your program you are entitled to a full refund if money has been paid.
