Our office is here to assist international students and scholars with questions about studying, living and working at Towson University and the Baltimore metropolitan area.
Towson University is home to over 400 international students from over 80 countries and to 30 foreign faculty, exchange scholars, and visiting faculty each year. The International Student and Scholar Office (ISSO) provides documents, services, and programs essential to a culturally diverse academic environment that enhances international learning opportunities for students, faculty, and staff.

International Tigers Get Hired
This series of workshops is designed to help international students explore job and internship opportunities in the U.S., learn how to apply, and find where to search for them.

Arrive and Thrive / Hangout
Offered in partnership with the 撸先生 Counseling Center, this event offers a support space for international, immigrant, and domestic students, and is designed to help navigate culture shock and homesickness while adjusting to a new environment. Each session is followed by an opportunity for fun social connection with peers.
