My advice to anyone who鈥檚 applying.
I always stress visiting every school you intend on applying to. As admissions professionals, we can paint a great picture, but nothing beats seeing the campus yourself. Whether you live on campus, or you decide to commute, the campus you choose will be where you spend the majority of your time for the next 4 years, so you want to make sure it feels like home. 

Why I work in admissions.
It is incredibly rewarding being able to meet students and play a role in one of the biggest decisions they will ever make. Being a consistent face that can answer questions or provide insight during an overwhelming time is something I never take for granted. 

My warm and fuzzy moment.
I love hearing from a student after they have enrolled, or even better, after graduation. Knowing that a student still remembers the work we did to get them here is always a great feeling. It鈥檚 also a great reminder of the impact admissions counselors can have on the students they meet.
